@Abe Rudy Did you resolve this? If not, it could relate to a defect I spoke with NS Support about. I was working on creating deposits and in certain circumstances see that error. It's the NS backend script running code designed for the client. NetSuite support provided various workarounds for an issue I had at the same time but never resolved that one. If it is the same issue it's been talked about since 2018... https://netsuitehub.com/forums/topic/suitescript-2-0-server-side-code-is-referencing-the-document-object/

yeah, i spoke with NS Support and opened a support case… so you’re saying that it was never really resolved?
i can create deposits and payments just fine, but when it tries to create the payment instrument? kaput
@NElliott working with NS CS, and i think this issue is related to SS2.0…i tested this script block in a SS1.0 UE on beforeLoad on the customer record to confirm that the code worked and it was fine. Then tested in SS2.0 and got the same error again. Then rearranged the order that we are setting the fields and it seems to be ok. I will update here when i have confirmed the exact issue.
