I don't think access tokens are allowed to be granted Admin role

when creating an access token through the user’s role (New My Access Token) you definitely can, so long as you are logged in as an Administrator

doesn't let me. When logged in as an Administrator and creating a token for myself, I cannot select my admin role. Docs state "can create, assign, and manage a token for other users (except tokens for an Administrator role) in the company"
