@alien4u @battk Thanks again for the suggestions and help. Ultimately not sure how it happened, but @battk pointing me to the scripted record page identified a deployment under both the Client Script tab and the Custom Form tab. The one under the client script tab was just fieldChanged...so there was essentially two deployments calling the same function not sure how that happened.
