If I were writing this, I'd prefer to have the suitelet generate the list dynamically, since people have a tendency to bookmark URL's, and a static id or list of ids could become out of date over time. It might be better to pass in any dynamic filter values, and run the search when the suitelet is called to get an up to date list of PO's
