I don't believe anything is encrypted. Not using a password field or anything.

You need to check each field of the record if they have the "encrypted" checkbox checked. Can't remember the name of the actual option in the custom record field page.

@rustyshackles PERFECT!! Thanks, i found the field that had that encrypted checked. Once I removed that one fromt he search, it worked.
