If it's code installed as a part of a bundle you don't own I don't believe you can unlock the files. As I recall SCA you install the base code and then take a copy of it to create your own site. This may be best asked in the suitecommerce channel if that is the case.

The whole "take a copy" part was me thinking back to SiteBuilder on reflection but at least now you know what to do and which channel to ask about SCA in 🙂 Also, FYI, the person that responded is a great contact for SCA 😉
