Hey all. I’ve got a customer claiming that he is experiencing a “time-out” issue when sitting on a custom form for a certain amount of time (less than the current system timeout of 180 minutes). This is a form that is generated via a custom Suitelet that we wrote for him. Is this something I have any control over? I am not aware of any time-out settings related to Suitelet forms…
