RANT Every once in a while I'll be working on two script files on my local machine, one is a NS Script Type (like a Suitelet or something) and the other is some other script without NetSuite SS2 headers. I'll copy paste the former into the latter (by mistake) in the File Cabinet and then can't undo because it won't let me edit.

Are you talking about copy/pasting file content into a big NS UI script textbox? If so, I never do that, to avoid this sort of issue.
If I'm going to update a script through the UI I always do it via the 'upload file' button in the File Cabinet view

Yeah....slower that way though....also sometimes I'm just updating part of the file.
Just seems a major oversight that you can't edit/delete a file that's not linked to any actual Script, simply because it has a SS2.0 header.

that does sound like their 'script detector' is a bit simplistic
