Hi Everyone, I am facing one issue in transaction form for customer payment. I have a field "Payment Method"  as properties as "Label : Payment Method"  "Show check box ticked" , "Mandatory check box ticked"  "Display Type : Normal"  Field Group : Primary information. But I am not able to see this field in form. The issue I am facing is in sandbox which is refreshed from production. In production field is displayed properly. What should be an issue? Thanks in advance

doesnt sound like suitescript, but make sure that the field is applied to customer payments. and make sure that the field is shown on each individual form

you can also use the apply to forms button to check on the form part

It could be bug of NetSuite if this field is standard
