Maybe, although in my case, I created a 1.0 client script with this code:

function pageInit() { throw 'My Custom Error Message'; }

, deployed it against Sales Orders, and I get that exact error back when I call the Restlet. None of the bundles would know about, or be aware of my script at a static code level.
