I have a map reduce that is loading a customer record, editing it and saves it. But the user events associated with the customer aren’t firing :confused:

make sure that the user event script doesnt have filtering in the code to only run for certain contexts

as of 2019.2, that can also be done on the script deployment

in general, also make sure that the script deployment's audience includes the system run map reduce
