and any idea why a different field is used when the sublist is present on the item receipt compared to all other records that have the same sublist?

receiptinventorynumber is for increasing inventory. issueInventorynumber is for decreasing inventory. can't help on the missing documentation. my general advice is to get fields from the ui or look at the data of the record before resorting to the the record browser
