Just dumped ACS team from our renewal - this is the worst experience I had with ACS - other ones were pretty good at my previous company. This ACS team was totally incompetent, no idea what they were doing, so had to give them a boot. 🥾

Can't NetSuite replace the team instead?

we decided to do it in house, since ACS was part of suite success package. I thought they will be a helping hand since I am tied up with many other applications beside Netsuite because my team manages all the enterprise application. I was catching their mistakes and showing them what to do, since I have to do all the work what is point in having them. I can use that money to hire coders for scripting if needed. Thank god last year I declined an offer to join NS as ACS Solution architect.

I've never had good luck with any ACS team. Maybe it's because we tend to ask them the hard questions, but they typically never would come back with solutions.

ACS is region dependent. I deal with the EMEA group which is surprisingly solid
