I have a Workflow that simply adds a button to a Sales Order and sets a date field with a timestamp when pressed. Customer service is finding out that if there is Credit Card information set on the order before the button is pressed, the Credit Card selected is reset when the button is pressed. Any ideas??? Thanks!
