@darrenhillconsulting I haven't seen the warning but Repository as I understand it is a central db where you can store your SuiteApp. We usually use it when we are refreshing the sandbox and there are still ongoing development. We create a bundle and save it to the repository then when the refresh is done, we install the bundle from the Repository.

Thanks @rustyshackles. I still don't quite get it. In a SuiteApp scenario .. does the Deployment instance hold the repository or the Dev?

In our case we have three environments where our SuiteApps reside. Dev, QA, Deployment. Deployment is where we get the bundle if we need to install it to our customers. If I understood you correctly, unless you explicitly checked the "Save to Repository" checkbox when you created your bundle, Deployment will be your "repository".
