Well, early one we didn't even have a choice. The plug-in library / restlet in the bundle didn;t support custom header or line item fields, which our process required. So we were forced to build our own script to replicate it, and their developers even spent weeks on the phone with me to help me modify my script to ensure it followed the same steps as theirs, in the same order, without actually giving me their code.
