Can you enable access to file cabinet for customer center?

No that permission is not available. You can setup links to specific files that they can download, but you cannot have them upload documents without customization

Thank you for your reply. I've tried the links to the files but I'm getting a permission error when viewing it in the customer center. I've created a saved search but the moment you reference anything on the file table, then it gives an error. I'm using this Formula Text: '<a href="https://accountnr.app.netsuite.com'|| {file.url}||'</a>'. Getting this error "ERROR: Field Is Restricted".

Thank you for the suggestion but it's not a scalable solution to create a custom link for every file URL
