Has anyone seen an issue in the latest extension tools where override files are not compiled in the css, even though they are in the manifest?

There's been a lot of issues recently with extension tools but its been stable for me for a few weeks after upgrading to the latest and reinstalling all the tools. Other users are still posting errors every couple of days...
