I got this error: "An instance of this map/reduce script deployment already exists in the work queue. You cannot delete this deployment until the current instance completes. Go to the Map/Reduce Script Status page to check the status of current instance. When the status is Complete, you can delete your deployment."

You need to delete the script record, no the deployment, it will delete everything without error.
