I'm hoping to write a script that would copy an expense line field from a transaction that has an amortization schedule to each journal entry that is created by that schedule. I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around this though. Does anyone have any insight how I would do this? A user event script that would be triggered if a transaction record has an amortization schedule maybe?
