12 scripts in a few weeks for a beginner is aggressive, if not outright mean, irresponsible, and unrealistic

I agree. It's not quite that bad. It's more they have given me 2 weeks to see how far I can get then we can really estimate how long it might realistically take. It's more me being stubborn and looking to smash it.
So, the suggestion below is that you do coaching? This might be an option if i can get some budget.

Long and short, it's a small, private, single-channel Slack group where you can ask SuiteScript questions and get references/help/guidance to your issues/projects for $199/month

@erictgrubaugh Hi, I like this. I have a Netsuite Admin who would benefit from this as well. I have 2 large projects to deliver over the year in various stages. This seems like a good solution. On top of this there will be points where I am just stuck. Could you help actually build some it for me? Even just drafting me 70% of the script for me to then work with and then maybe you can cast your eye over to tell me how to improve it?

Writing code or building customizations for you is not something I do under the coaching program.
That would be a separate project engagement
