1. Check the User Event and see if it's doing any conditional operations based on the `executionContext`
2. Check the Company's Integration Preferences and see if it is set to disable Server SuiteScript/Workflows
3. Check the Integration request and see if it is set to disable Server SuiteScript/Workflows with the `runServerSuiteScriptAndWorkflowTriggers` setting
