Hmmmmm I’ve fixed my issue now by changing ym script deployment to only be for all employees instead of all roles. so hopefully that works.

i've seen something like this before with web store - only my condition was that it should only run if it is web store - in the end i have to check for the role in code: if (user_role === 'online_form_user') - the online form user would be webstore so you could have done !==
