perhaps ill give my use case and confirm it makes sense as you mentioned taking a step back. cases are being automatically assigned via the base territory assignment functionality in netsuite, but i also need it to set another field to the same value. i cant set two via the territory assignment as it is just designed to update the one, so the only other way seems to be to schedule a script?
