so with the 2019.1 client script AMD issue, I identified that (at least some version of) `momentjs` is affected, but some version of `lodash` is not.

I got confirmation that this is a U2 urgent defect that should be fixed in 1-2 days. Not sure if that's just for this account or everywhere.
