let me know if that worked for you - my client is having the same issue (trying to apply when the sublist is >10,000) and it's been a huge pain to deal with, would be awesome if there's a way to filter via script.

@amy @jmacdonald - filtering does not seems to work, in some cases if I use dynamic mode and try to set those fields it throws an error saying that some function is undefined (which is probably some client function working in UI when you use filters). Moreover filters are only on apply sublist, on credit sublist there is nothing (and in my case more than 10k can be on both), so honestly do not see any good solution...

ugh, bummer. thanks for responding! if netsuite ever moves my "enhancement" ticket to completion i'll let you know but i'm not holding my breath...
