@jarens Right. If I try to restrict by division, they can't see some of their own customers. So a rep might have customers mostly in the division that they are assigned, but a few customers will be in another division or state. Creating a bunch of new divisions isn't going to happen, I just thought there must be another way. It is especially annoying that I can only assign each rep ONE division.
