does the billingaccount actually have a field called lastbilldate? It sounds like you are trying to get it from another transaction, but using Account... possible?

In this case they do match up, but be aware that the Field ID (which your screenshot shows) does not always match the Search Column ID; the Records Browser is the best reference for field/column IDs
