Thanks for the insight @alien4u - I am only setting the body fields subsidiary, location and item. On the UI, selecting Subsidiary pre-populates the location select list, and then the item selection is made. I am setting these up in the same order. I do not have ignoreFieldChange set to true, so that is not it either. At this point I have opened a ticket... but completely stumped...
