I read somewhere that the eclipse IDE with the SuiteCloud IDE plugin is only available without the two-factor login. is there a fix for that? I have an account that requires two-factor login.

You need to create a new Role that has minimal permissions, along with the Tokens permission. Then in Eclipse, you can Manage Authentication and issue a token for that Role. That role will then be used to upload to NS.
