Apart from wondering why you're using SS1.0 and not 2.0 I'd suggest you only retrieve those line values you need after you've established the condition. So get the itemReceived and itemBilled value then, if it meets your condition, gather up those other fields you require, or just reference them in the setLineItemValue as the values you're wanting to set
