Hello How can it be explained that non-inventory items with the “generate accruals” box unchecked continue to have accounting impacts on item receipts? The items were created without generating accruals, and once they are entered on POs and then received, there is still an accounting impact.

yes for generate item receipts for this item but the generate accruals box has been unchecked since the item was created.

weird....the only time I faced similar issue was because during PO creation, the item had incorrect settings. I had to edit line on PO to resolve the issue. In your case, the item configs were always the same.

This is exactly what I do in the case of a wrong configuration I directly modify the PO line but everything was created correctly by checking the system notes
