I have a customer who, from the webstore, Unset their Phone and Address and I'm trying to figure out how.
The system notes show that it was unset the last time they logged in, but they didn't place an order or make any payments/other transactions. Their current address now just states "TBD", but I don't believe they could have done this from the Address Book, as it requires a City and State for the address. I have spoken with the customer and they don't remember what they did either lol.... Any thoughts?
