Hi, We are trying to integrate shopify to our netsuite instance. Context: we currently have a b2b (advanced suitecommerce) and most of our sales happen in Netsuite. The shopify is a new company that sells right now 1 product (a book). initially it started in Shipstation/w woo commerce plugin but inventory etc all happened in shipstation. We are 99% sure that we will migrate that into shopify. Now since the inventory and shipping etc all is happening in Shopify going forward how would I sync that data to netsuite if netsuite is not doing the fulfillment? Can I just since the Invoice / Payment from Shopify to Netsuite or im pretty sure this is the right thing to do is bring that inventory into Netsuite and sync as usual after that. also i should add they sell like 30-50 books a month max been around for about a year now.

If NetSuite isn’t doing anything for fulfillment and such, I would imagine a Cash Sale would work. Note - you would still need that inventory within NetSuite as the cash sale deducts the line item sold. Really depends on your operations and how to work the process in.

I came to the same conclusion. I spoke with our CFO and they said that in reality because its not financially feasible to create a suite commerce site etc or even link the 2 that it just makes sense to extract data once a month from shopify and bring it in as journal entries for finance to have visibility since thats what their doing right now. I think this might be the way we end up going.

Are you planning on using an integration like Celigo?
