Are marketing emails attached to marketing campaigns? Doesn't seem to be the case? Or where can I find them aside from the Sent Email list page?

Not sure what you mean exactly but to find Marketing Emails, go to Documents >> Templates > Marketing Templates. If you mean you want to see the sent list, then you need a saved search on campaigns to see the recipient list.

I'm referring to the actual marketing emails sent. Can't find them anywhere so far

You have to create a campaign search and add results for recipient email, message, and response
