Interesting. That does seem to be what NetSuite is putting on all their marketing materials now too. It always used to be the case that the difference was just that you could call in for premium and it was 24x7 versus online ticket only and business hours only for basic. I wonder when that changed? 🤔 Probably around when they decided to take away our extra sandboxes netsuite 🙄 They're really ratcheting the screws on pricing and all those little extra licensing things lately it seems.
