Every time a sales order is pulled into netsuite from Shopify , it creates a customer deposit which normally goes to undeposited funds.
How do we turn this off or stop this from happening because every day I have to go in and delete all of these custom deposits off?

Maybe turn of deposit record creation process from the integration.

Is the problem the use of "Undeposited Funds" account or the Customer Deposit itself?

If you are deleting customer deposits, are you then creating a Cash Sale after fulfillment?

Tu turn off the Customer Deposits flow , go to your Celigo Shopify integration app, go to the Billing flows, and turn this one off: "Shopify transaction to NetSuite customer deposit (add)".
