So I have a workflow action script where it sends out an email. Author of the email is a dummy employee record with an email of something like
noreply@company.com. There is also an Email Capture Plugin script, that is added as a CC on the generated email. When a user replies all to the email, he gets an "Undelivered Mail". Checked the logs of the Email Capture Plugin and there was no error. We have the same setup with another customer and we do not have this issue. Thoughts?
