Hello - we tried to bulk close open POs using an import/export, but it didn't work. Does anyone know if there is option to bulk close open POs?

You need to close at the line level.

Make a workflow with a Sublist action group for items Sublist (on entry) Add a set field value action to set the closed field to true Then use a mass update to trigger the workflow for the specific records you want
