Ours has been broken for the past 7 weeks. Not the first time it’s been broken either.

Could you clarify how its broken? As in showing wrong numbers? Not uploading data? Not visualizing it?

one by one some of our columns started disappearing. We’ve not been able to add them back in. The were in transaction line extensions, and they were Custom Transaction Item Option fields.
