Hi, If we note information or anything on the screenshot below in the “NOTE” area, I need to pull that information out of an Excel sheet to track down the latest communication on the invoice or sales order. Is it possible?

Make a saved search and join to the user notes records

Thank you very much, @MGBC. I created a saved search for “user notes” and pulled the notes from an invoice record.

@NS User if this is something you need to automate you use CloudExtend to automate your saved search exports to Excel. They can be put on a schedule or run on demand directly from within Excel.

@Chris Corcoran - Good to know about a new app. Thanks for sharing. I am good for now as saved search data can be downloaded into xls or csv
