Hi, We use a basic purchase order pdf template. Can we print the signature using the basic template? We have a custom field called Final Approver. Whatever the employee name it populates with should be printed on the basic purchase order pdf template. Is that possible? Please share your input. Appreciate your help.

It gave me the response, but it suggested I use advanced PDF, not the basic PDF. I know it can be done in advanced PDF. We are already printing it on that, but we do have some basic templates and where we want to print the signature.

If you hover over the action item on the PO and select email, you can pick and choose which field you want to display and email to yourself and print
