Hi, our CFO used to be able to delete a Cash Sale but is now getting an error, which has to be related to permissions since they can perform the task as an Admin. Does anyone know what the permission should be to delete a Cash Sale? Could changing to a different payment processor caused the issue? If not, what about recent NetSuite updates? Thank you all for any assistance.

Do they have "Full" permission to the record? Are they getting a permission violation error or some other error?

Note that even with full permission you cannot delete a transaction if it has reference record or transactions tied to it. You need delete all those reference records first i order to delete it.
