Unfortunately I think not. Until a few years ago, that was a field that was 100% tied to the primary sub of the customer or vendor and couldn't be changed at a transaction level. They never have added support to Workflows to be able to change it now that it can be changed at the transaction level.

Thank you @RJMNS! I was able to auto populate it with a script, but then noticed the location field is not displaying the location associated with the subsidiary. But if I manually select the same subsidiary, it then displays the locations
