For example, when I view the concurrency monitor it says we are at 75 - 100 every day with no error rate and peak concurrency on 5/24 with 6.  Does this mean with all the integrations we have going on, we are nearing the upper threshold of what our account can support?

Or is there a better monitor to use to know if our integrations are in jeopardy of failing

Correct you are at the upper limit, if no errors that’s fine, but you may be able to finagle the data to keep synchronicity in check without crossing the threshold
