Hi Everyone, we are having trouble. There is an item in our system that's showing at a location as quantity available 1, but we don't have that item available at that location. I want to reduce the quantity available by creating the Inventory Adjustment record but on the Inventory Adjustment record when I enter quantity as -1 it asks for the Inventory Detail, and in the Inventory Detail the Status field is showing empty which is blocking me from adding this inventory adjustment, Does anyone know how I can fix this and add the Inventory Adjustment?

Hi Salman, check if this sku has any Item Fulfillment with status different to “Shipped”, IFs locks the lot number but just reduce the stock when status is shipped.

Do you utilize bins? If so, you may have an item awaiting Putaway or you may have a bin with a negative quantity.
