we’re having issues saving user notes in multiple accounts suddenly… 😐

It started last week for us. There is a defect filed issue 769932. It is an urgency level U5, so it is not expected to be corrected quickly.

well thanks for that! so far i’ve just gotten the canned response “tell us how to reproduce the issue” 🙄 . seems like it should be a little more than U5 but what do i know.

Well, me and my affected employees agree... maybe if more people attach themselves to the issue it will rise in urgency... LOL

i did tell them to reference that defect so we’ll see!

I got notice that this is being released in next week's e-fix... in case you didn't get that memo! LOL
