I have a workflow that has been running without issue for a long time that creates a support case. It uses a custom wf action script to select the correct company and contact. Suddenly, I’m getting Invalid contact reference key
<correct_contact_id>
for company
<correct_company_id>
. I’ve run it on values that previously worked without issue, nothing has changed on the company or contact records. Contact works only at the single Company. It’s happening on all contact/company combinations I’ve tried, and it’s happening both on prod and SB. Any thoughts?
