only thing is - I need to escape form the loop and move to the next iteration - continue: doesn’t work

just have the function you pass to .forEach() return when you need to 'escape' . That will 'continue' to the next result. If you're reason for 'escaping' is due to governance I'd recommend you take a look at my other response regarding NFT 🙂
