Hi, What does it mean if a merchant asks if we have "Interchange Levels card data support" as a payment provider app in NetSuite?

Credit card processors will often charge different rates depending on volume, risk profile of your customers, and other factors.  I think they're basically asking for a better rate/lower merchant fee from your processor.

but sometimes to get that better rate you have to transmit more information (address, etc.) about your customers to lower the risk profile
